he purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to enhance dialogue and fostercollaboration between the parties by encouraging the development of academic projects and joint
activities of mutual interest, benefiting students, staff, and faculties from both institutions.
Potential areas of cooperation may include, but are not limited to:
• Student mobility programs;
• Faculty and staff exchange programs;
• Academic visits;
• Collaborative research projects;
• Short-term internship programs or projects;
• Exchange of lectures, conferences, and seminars.
This MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the institutions. For the development
of specific programs and projects of shared interest, the parties will negotiate separate
agreements, which will outline the scope, activity plans, objectives, responsibilities, and any
financial arrangements that may be required.
