As 5G New Radio (5G-NR) networks evolve, managing intracell and inter-cell interference, especially during uplink transmissions on the Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) becomes increasingly challenging. This paper presents a novel approach to optimizing User Equipment (UE) and cell configuration parameters to mitigate interference and improve network performance. We propose enhanced interference management strategies and evaluate their effectiveness using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Block Error Rate (BLER). Our results demonstrate significant improvements in communication quality and overall network efficiency. The proposed strategies reduced PUSCH BLER by up to 25% by significantly enhancing uplink performance and overall network efficiency in high-interference scenarios
