Résumé
A host-vector disease model with insecticide resistance genes is proposed as a system of differential equations. The resistance-induced reproduction number Re is determined and qualitative stabilities analysis is provided. We use the model to study the effects of insecticide resistance of vectors on the spread of the disease. The resistance-induced reproduction number Re is compared with the basic reproduction number (R0) in the absence of resistant strain to assess the effects of insecticide resistance.
