In Burkina Faso, Senna occidentalis, Ipomoea eriocarpa, Pupalia lappacea and Triumfetta cordifolia are frequent weeds in the maize crop. This work evaluated the inhibitory effect of Parkia biglobosa pods and Tephrosia purpurea leaves and identifies their chemical compounds.
